Program Structure
The CTP unfolds across three distinct phases:
Phase 1: Intensive Virtual Training
Participants engage in intensive virtual training modules customized to equip them with the critical skills needed to flourish as creative technology professionals. This phase covers the latest advancements in animation, game development, and augmented reality (AR).
Phase 2: Collaboration and Mentorship
Following the initial training, participants build a robust network, fostering knowledge exchange and acquiring new skill sets to elevate their ventures. The program provides mentorship and support as they prepare for practical field experience. Participants also develop training modules using their work as case studies.
Phase 3: Fieldwork and Knowledge Transfer
The final phase transitions participants into trainers themselves. Leveraging their newly acquired expertise and their creative endeavors as case studies, they empower the next generation of creative technology talents.
